Perfect for families or couples. 

  • The house sleeps a maximum of six people in two bedrooms. 
  • Bedroom one has a queen-sized bed; the other room has 2 bunk beds and a queen bed. 
  • In the kitchen there is a gas stove, microwave, 200-litre freezer, two-door refrigerator and Nespresso coffee machine.  I love cooking so the kitchen is fully equipped with all crockery, cutlery, and kitchen utensils you could wish for. 
  • The laundry has a washing machine.
  • TV is connected to the VAST Satellite with all free to air channels available.
  • There are Air Conditioners in the second bedroom and in the central Kitchen/Dining area which also cools the main bedroom.
  • A gas barbecue and outdoor setting is on the patio area in front of the house.  The main feature of the house is the huge Rustic timber veranda and deck area.  After a hard day on the water this is the perfect place to unwind. 
  • There is a very pleasant shower outside, to rinse off before taking to the hammock or hammock chair on the wide veranda, and a shower and separate toilet inside the home. 
  • Water is supplied via the Watercorp Reverse Osmosis plant with fresh hot and cold water internally and to the outside shower.

 

Other than linen and consumables - everything else is supplied. Linen is available, at an additional charge; please ask about this when booking.

Generally bookings are taken from Saturday to Saturday, however please enquire if you have a different requirement as depending on the time of year and other bookings we may be able to accommodate a different booking time.

This is a non-smoking house (including outdoor areas). 

Once we have confirmed the house is available and we can accept your booking a deposit of 50% of the rent is required.  Full payment plus a bond of $500.00 is payable 6 weeks prior to the commencement of your stay.
